Actually WLM provides CPU as much you've configured. Websphere, MQSeries and DB2 nowadays comes as a bundle and includes the DB2 Connect product. If you want to know more about contemporary techniques please have a look into site section "Themen/WebSphere or Java", or see IBM redbook "Connecting WebSphere to DB2 UDB Server" (http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/pubs/pdfs/redbooks/sg246219.pdf) and "Getting Started with DB2 Stored Procedures: Give Them a Call through the Network" (http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/pubs/pdfs/redbooks/sg244693.pdf) Have fun
